Where Do Your Items Ship From?
Our items are shipped from Manchester, England. We process orders within 3 working days. For detailed information on delivery times, please refer to our postage options.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all UK orders.
For international orders, we provide free tracked delivery on orders over £80. Orders below this amount will incur a £12 shipping fee for our international tracked and signed service.
Do You Accept Returns?
We accept returns for products purchased from Sparkle Tots, with the following conditions:
- Custom/Personalised Items: These cannot be returned unless they are damaged or an error was made on our part.
- Return Process: To qualify for a return, please email info@sparkletots.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your reason for the return and your order number.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging.
- Refunds: Processed within 10-15 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Sparkle Tots is not responsible for return postage fees or lost/untraceable return items. We recommend using a tracked postage option.
