Where Do you Items Ship from? 

We ship from Manchester, England within 3 working days. Please see postage options to see how long your item will take to arrive.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on all UK orders. 
 
We offer Free tracked international delivery on orders over £80 (International orders). International orders under this amount will be charged £12 for postage via our international tracked and signed method.

Do you accept returns?
  • We will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from sparkletots.co.uk
  • Custom/Personalised items do not qualify to be returned - unless the reason is that they are damaged or a mistake has been made by ourselves.
  • To qualify for a return, you must email info@sparkletots.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide reason and order number. 
  •  Products must be in their original and respective packaging. Refunds are processed in 10-15 days. 
  • Sparkle Tots is not responsible for any postage fees, including return postage fees. Sparkle Tots is not responsible for lost or untraceable return products. We recommend mailing your return using a postage option that offers tracking services. 
  • Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping.
